We use synthetic rubber and chock absorber springs for the assembly. Our rubber is very flexible and perfectly covers the steel carrier cable and springs to avoid any collapsing problem or any beads getting loose and self-rotating.
Our standard wires are assembled with 40 BPM, for other application such as pure steel cutting, we offer a wider BPM configuration such as 44-48 or even 53 BPM - more BPM offers a smother and even cut.
We also offer closed looped wire to skip the weaker-joint at the connection.
